Join us on a journey through sight, sound and movement during a yoga class by Pose by Pose Yoga 'Flow with the Fishes' in front of the Aquarium's largest habitat—the coral reef—taking in serene sights of sand tiger sharks, stingrays, reef fishes and other sea life from inside our coral reef room. Please bring your mat and water bottle.
Adults who registered for the Yoga session can also register children for a separate Aquarium yoga session located in the Heart of the Sea exhibit featuring sea turtles, sharks and coral reef fishes. Our children's class will seek to introduce self-regulation techniques through movement, breath work and meditation appropriate. Great for ages 5-9, older children are welcome to attend the adult class. Bring water bottle, no mats required for the children's class.
At the conclusion, each class you will meet one of our animal ambassadors and learn about our environmental conservation work in which proceeds from this session help support. Each Session Ticket includes a single Yoga session and same day admission to the Aquarium:

*An Adult must be registered for the Yoga session in order to sign up a child(ren).
